The hotel is located up on a hill with a lovely private terrace offering fantastic views of Tavistock and Dartmoor. The rooms are modern, clean, and filled with all the amenities you could need, making for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent overall, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was of a high standard with diverse food and drink options. However, there was a discrepancy in the breakfast charge compared to the advertised price online.
